NEW – INSTALLED & READY! (Europe only)

From now on, we offer free installation and free return shipping on orders over 1000 kr / 100€.

To send your seat for a cover installation, follow these steps:

  1. Remove any existing cover – Send your seat without a cover directly to us. We need a bare seat (plastic and fresh foam) to install the new cover properly.
  2. Pack your seat securely – Use a sturdy box or protective material to prevent damage during shipping.
  3. Include your order details – Attach a note with your order number and contact details so we can match the seat with your order.
  4. Ship to our address – Send the package to the address provided in your order confirmation.
  5. We install your new cover – Once we receive your seat, we will install the ordered cover.
  6. Return shipping – After installation, we will securely pack and send your assembled seat back to you in our Onegripper box.

DELIVERIES

We offer different shipping options from DHL, DSV and FedEx. Express is available as a shipping option. Shipping information and price are stated at checkout.
Your order is processed immediately after your order has been received. Orders received before 12pm Monday to Friday will be processed and dispatched the same day provided the item ordered is in stock. Orders received on Saturdays and Sundays are processed and shipped the next working day. Normally, all packages are delivered to the recipient within 1-10 days regardless of the shipping option. We are not responsible for any delays by shipping companies.

Have you received the wrong goods or is something missing? Then contact us immediately so we can correct it.

PAYMENT

All prices are current and may change in the future. The individual and current total price for your order is summed up at checkout, including any charges for shipping and payment, as well as VAT.

VALUE ADDED TAX

All prices are inclusive of 25% VAT for individuals within the EU and exclusive VAT for companies within the EU as well as individuals and companies outside the EU.

OPEN PURCHASE/RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

For Onegripper, it is very important that you are completely satisfied when you shop with us. If you are not satisfied with the product, you always have 14 days right of withdrawal after you have received the product. The item must be returned well packaged, in salable condition and in the original box. Should you use the right of withdrawal, you send us a written email and explain why. We will then decide whether you meet the requirements for the right of withdrawal. If we accept the return, we will refund what you paid for the item as soon as possible or at the latest within 30 days from the day we received the item. Buyer is responsible for return shipping charges.

COMPLAINT

According to the Consumer Purchase Act, you as a customer have the right to complain for 3 years after you have received the product. If you want to advertise a product, this must be communicated within a reasonable time. If you received a damaged product, or we sent the wrong product, you must send us a complaint via info@onegripper.com as soon as possible after receiving the product

When returning an item, the customer is always responsible for the return shipping. In the event of an approved complaint, we will cover the shipping on presentation of a receipt. If we cannot send you a new item within a reasonable time, we will refund the return shipping and what you paid for the damaged or wrongly sent item.

GUARANTEE

All products we sell are guaranteed against manufacturing defects according to the Consumer Purchase Act.

We are keen that our customers are satisfied with our products and service. If for some reason your product from us does not live up to your expectations before unpacking and use, please contact us. We promise to do our best to help in any situation.

When you place your order with us, you need to provide certain personal data. In connection with your order, you agree that we store and use your data in our business to fulfill the agreement with you. According to the Personal Data Act (PUL), you have the right to receive the information that we have registered about you. If it is incorrect, incomplete or irrelevant, you can request that the information be corrected or removed. In that case, contact us by e-mail.

We reserve the right against possible printing errors and errors in information and specifications.
