All our deliveries are made by DHL, Swedish Post or most cost effective way. 
Your order is processed immediately after your order has been received.
Orders received before 12.00 on Monday to Friday will be processed and sent the same day provided that the ordered item is in stock.
Orders received on Saturdays and Sundays will be processed the next working day. .

Shipping fee
We always send by postal package. You have your package at your nearest delivery point within 1-5 working days.

Payment with Swish
Swish is a mobile payment service used between private individuals and from private individuals to affiliated companies, associations and organizations. Private individuals who join Swish link their mobile number to their bank account. They can then send and receive money through Swish, as well as pay to affiliated companies, associations and organizations. Affiliated companies, associations and organizations receive a unique Swish number that private individuals can swish to, and can thus offer a payment method where they receive the payment directly into their bank account.

Open purchase / Right of withdrawal
All goods are checked before delivery.
For OneGripper.com, it is very important that you are completely satisfied when you shop with us. If you are not satisfied with the product, you always have a 14-day right of withdrawal after you have received the product. The goods returned must be in sales condition (depreciation may occur on opened and used product). If you want to exercise the right of withdrawal, send us a written email and explain why. Then we decide whether you meet the requirements for the right of withdrawal. The buyer is responsible for return fees.

Complaint
According to the Consumer Purchase Act, you as a customer have the right to make a complaint for 3 years after you have received the product. If you want to complain about an item, this must be notified within a reasonable time. If you have received a damaged product, or we have sent the wrong item, you must send a complaint to us via [email protected] as soon as possible after you receive the item.
When returning an item, the customer is always responsible for return shipping. In the event of an approved complaint, we are responsible for shipping upon presentation of a receipt. If we cannot send a new item to you within a reasonable time, we will refund the return shipping and what you paid for the damaged or incorrectly sent item.

Have you received the wrong goods or is something missing? Then contact us immediately so that we can correct it.

Guarantee
All products we sell have a guarantee against manufacturing defects according to the Consumer Purchase Act. Normal warranty period is 1 year.

Satisfied-Customer-Guarantee
We make sure that our customers are satisfied with our OneGripper and our service. If for some reason your OneGripper does not live up to your expectations before unpacking and use, contact us. In the event of a fault during the warranty period, we will of course cover all costs until you have a well-functioning OneGripper. We promise to do our best to help in all situations.

Personal data policy
The information you provide us with in connection with an order is stored in such a way in our financial system that it cannot be used by outsiders. We do not provide further information you provide us with in any form other than where it is required to execute your order, or where this is directly relevant to the goods you purchased. This means that we do not sell, rent, or otherwise use the information for anything other than the purpose for which it was originally provided.

Age limit
To shop from us, you must be 18 years of age or older. If you are younger than 18, you must have parental or guardian approval. You are presumed to have read these terms of purchase when you place an order. Orders placed in a false name, social security number or address are reported to the police. False orders are reported to the police without exception. We log IP with each order, which is attached to our police report.

We reserve the right to make printing errors as well as errors in information and specifications.
